Family Portraits February 2012

The Denninger family decided that it was finally time to get some good family pictures.  Clothes were picked out and ironed the day before, and everyone tried their best to fix themselves up.

So we all stood outside early in the morning, in the freezing cold February air, and we snapped some shots.

 This is the natural reaction when I tell William that I will be taking pictures of him this afternoon.

 It is very difficult for William to smile unnaturally.  So I told him to please laugh.  This is him "laughing".

 He really enjoys making others laugh and smile.  (He really can laugh if there is something funny).

He is a very entertaining little boy.

Hiking with Uncle John

Uncle John, Joshua, Hannah, Alena, Erilynn, William, and Christian went for a hike in the woods.  Daisy came along as well and we all hiked back to the waterfall.

 This is the falls.  It is called "God's Majestic Falls"!  It has two different layers that you can climb up onto.  If  it is very cold on top, there will be icicles, and in the summer, it will produce a very heavy shower.  It empties into the "Rainwater Creek".  If you look closely (hint: click on photo to enlarge) you will see that Erilynn is standing on the top of the first layer.
